IRA’s healthcare providers will not prescribe medicine or suggest any ways of treatment during the counselling session.
Will not encourage the patients to take up a consultation visit with our partners or any relevant party.
Patient will be counselled by only licensed health care providers and professionals.
Will not take any decision on the medical condition without any proven reports.
Will not collect patient health information (PHI) and use your patient identification information (PII), with any other physician practitioner or health care facility to target for any of the service.
Patient must be 18 years of age or older to register, or take up a counselling session in any manner, for individuals below 18 years must be registered by their parent or legal guardian to take u the medical counselling services and the guardian must present during the tele counselling session.
By registering, visiting and using to the platform or accepting this agreement, you conform that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the medical counselling services in the portal, if the provider finds that is the patient is not met the criteria the heath care provider will refuse to take up the medical counselling session.
