1. Confidentiality of Patients Information & Communications
The Second Party’s contractual obligations all the patients information and communicated matters with patients in any forms of commutation, with First Party, Second Party will be exposed to patients’ contact Information from the system communicated information during the counselling session,

a) The second Party may be exposed to patients information not limited to the below during the counselling session will not be recoded or shared in any forms.

For each individuals to understand their health condition, before having a physical visit to a healthcare facility and have an interaction with the physician or to have a second opinion regarding their existing health condition get more clarity and understanding about an ongoing treatment.

Eliminate patient’s confusion and avoid arriving at their own diagnosis of your health condition but to provide a clear understanding and professional guidance about your health condition by a licensed healthcare provider.

b) Any other information not generally known to the public which, if misused or disclosed, could reasonably be expected to adversely if may affect the patient concerns.
2. Limitation of the Service Deliverable
The Second Party shall follow the applicable limitation & follow the required measures,
a) The Second Party’s should not prescribe medicine or suggest any ways of treatment.
b) Should not encourage the patients to take up a consultation visit with second party or any relevant party for their own benefit.
c) Should not take any decision on the medical condition without any proven reports.
d) Should not collaborate with any other physician practitioner within the first party’s license or without for a single counselling session.
3. Confidential Information of First Party
The Second Party will not disclose to First Party, use in First Party’s business, or cause First Party to use, any trade secret of others.
4. Confidentiality Obligation
Second Party’s obligation to maintain the confidentiality and security of Confidential Information remains even after Second Party’s contract with First Party ends and continues for so long as such Confidential Information remains a trade secret.
5. Right to Audit:
The first party or their representative or Department of Health Abu Dhabi or their representative shall hold the right to audit the second parities service delivered, consultation sessions.
6. Intent of the of technology and Software
The first party’s and it’s their party technology utilize software and systems should not be used in any unintended manner, the second party takes the whole responsibility of use of technology and seen professional assistant if it is required to use.
7. Privacy Compliance
The sound party shall, during & after termination of the contact within the first party or on exiting the organization comply with patients & organizational confidentiality and security policies and would adhere to the UAE healthcare Information Security Guidelines.
8. Acceptance statement
By submitting the application the Second Party has carefully read all of this Agreement and agrees that all of the restrictions set forth are fair and reasonably required to protect First Party’s interests. The Second Party has received a copy of this Agreement signed by the parties.
